All products purchased from provideolb.com are returnable within 3 days of receiving your order. After your return is accepted based on the return conditions mentioned below, a credit will be applied to your credit card. In case your original method of payment is cash on delivery, the amount will be added to your wallet on your Provideo account.
We will be happy to assist you in all your return requests given the following:
- Return requests should be made within 3 days from receiving the order.
- Item should be unused and in the exact same condition you received it. Make sure the package has no missing items including labels, original packaging, accessories and freebies.
- Certain promotional items or items bought in a bundle are not eligible for return. Products purchased on sales, during a clearance or with a special offer may not be returnable.
In case of defection within 3 days, replacement with the same product will be granted upon Provideo approval. No additional shipping costs will be entailed. After 3 days, any item found damaged or defective will be collected under warranty for repair.
Provideo offers a 3 months warranty on your product from the date of purchase. This warranty covers parts and labor costs in repairing a product, due to manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover misuse or wear and tear.
In case of defection within 3 days from receiving a brand new product, replacement with the same product will be granted upon Provideo approval. In case of defection within 3 days from receiving a repaired product, another repair service will be granted to you at no additional costs upon Provideo approval. In both cases, no additional shipping costs will be entailed.
- Warranty period is 3 months and starts from the date of purchase.
- Warranties do not cover any misuse, wear and tear, damage due to improper voltage or software issues.
- Shipping costs are not covered by warranty. Certain products are not covered by warranty such as cables, cartridges, chargers and batteries.
- Warranty is invalid if item has been repaired by a third party.
- Defective items are subject to inspection before determining whether they will be repaired under warranty or not.
